Evening Invitations
These are used to invite those not attending the actual wedding ceremony to the evening reception. They can also be used to invite guests to a party following a ceremony abroad. Evening invitation look the same as the day invites, but the wording (if any) on the front of the card says ‘Evening Invitation’ and the insert has details of the evening reception only.
Order of Service/Order of the day
These can be handed to guest as they arrive, or placed on seats in the ceremony room. They give a guide to the order of the ceremony/day. The wording for the inserts can be provided once the details have all been finalised.
Place cards
These are put on the tables to enable guests to find their seats, and as they are made to match your other stationery, they add to the finishing touches of your tables.
Menus
Menu booklets can be made to provide a finishing touch to your tables, and can act as a keepsake as they can be printed with the first names of the bridal couple and the date of the wedding. The details of the inserts can be provided at a later date as the menu may not have been finalised at the time of ordering.
Favour boxes/ Bags
Favours are a traditional way of thanking your guests for sharing your special day and a lovely way of adding to your table decoration. These are available in treasure chest, heart, handbag, hexagon box, or square box (not pictured). Whichever box you decide, it will be decorated to match your chosen design. These are supplied empty for you to fill with sweets of your own choice. They are also available as small organza bags in a range of colours.
Thank you notes
An ideal way to thank your guests for their gift. You can choose to have inserts with printed wording or left blank for you to write your own message (if you choose to have printed inserts you can use our wording or choose your own).
Reply card
These can be sent out with your invitations to make it easier for guests to let you know if they will be attending. They are postcards with RSVP on the front, and wording on the back for guests to delete as appropriate. These can also be supplied with envelopes.
